I plan on accepting request on July 1st, and then doing my best to work out a schedule by OCT.
Depending on how the KS goes, there might even be places outside where you can play, some are covered, some are not.
Since this con is happening in OCT, if you are considering being okay with having a table outside, please know that weather is a fickle thing and it might be cold and wet, or warm and nice.
But if the KS goes well, Blankets are a thing you can order.
