Okay, but seriously, I do have a rough map drawn for all the inside places. No, none of the tables are numbered, this was created for me trying to figure out how many tables and such could fit where and not cross the number of beings allowed threshold.
The Stacks
The Stacks is an upstairs place that only allows 48 beings at any time. I have reserved most of this area for the two libraries who are providing games and books, but also 4 tables are for beings who want to play games without being verbal.
Sawyers Room
This is the map for the Sawyer’s room. the plan is to have 12 six being’s table, one table for reserving a table, and possibly a few vendor tables. It allows up to 200 beings, not that my plan has that many seats planned.
Hartford Hall
Hartford hall is a pretty big bay area that allows for up to 213 beings (not that i have plans to try to seat that many) I have 12 more six person tables planned out for this area as well some vendor tables.
there is a small hallway attached and i dont think i have plans to fully utilize it yet.
The Kickstarter is in place to add the outside spaces so there is more room to play games! Once that is paid for I plan to get maps and figure out the layouts of those and will update it here!
