Dont worry, this isn’t something public, it’s so i know what to actually call you when we have to talk for whatever reason. It is required information for someone who wants a vendor table though.

This is also going to be kept private, but we are going to need be able to communicate, there will be a few forms and stuff reguardless of choice.

Give me a quick summary about your business. I’ll happily take links to websites and other things to learn more about your store. While I don’t foresee myself rejecting anybody, it might happen. And there is only going to be so many tables open for vendors to sell stuff.

I currently have a limit of 8 (6ft X 30 inches or 183 X 72 CMM) tables that can be placed for vendors, I might be able to fit a few more if you bring your own

I understand that vehicles are not permitted on the cement pad that surrounds the building. Violations are a security deposit forfeiture for the Renter, and my business will not be able to service future events at The Mill.

My business complies with all state and county requirements, including insurance, a city of Lake Stevens business license, and SRFR certification. My business is responsible for remitting all taxes required by state law.

I am going to be creating one large poster with said files, giving each a border. I strongly recommend having a QR code / link in your ad for people to save to look at later.

On the website I am going to have a page for vendors. Linkable and with Icons if provided. I would also like a short blog entry, because I would love to give yall your own little space to try to sell your stuff.

If you choose to donate to the GoFundMe, your ad will get a color coded marker on your ad space. In person vendors will have rainbow markers, to make it easier for people to find them.

While the money amounts hasn’t been chosen yet, it will start at black for those who dont donate, then red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and finally purple. your physical ad will have a boarder, and the digital one stars. I do not plan on making it public. Please only donate if you want to support the cause, not because you want clout. I am willing to pay for this con out of pocket. –vendors who come as guest can request what is prob going to be pastel rainbow star on thier ads, as well as a tag added after the fact.
I will email you with a link to a follow up form after your business has been approved for ad space so you can submit your stuff as early as possible. You will also be expected to pay the $10 at that time. Table vendors will start being chosen by July 1st except for a few that are contributing to the con.
